After months of detailed planning and seamless cross-functional coordination, Yazoo Mills has officially completed Phase One of our Plant 3 expansion in Hanover. In less than one week — and ahead of schedule — our team successfully relocated five winders, eight recutters, two stretch wrappers, and three forklifts from our New Oxford facility into our new 107,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing space.
Executing a transition of this magnitude requires more than moving equipment. It demands precision logistics, operational alignment, and an unwavering focus on maintaining performance. Thanks to the dedication of our teams across operations, maintenance, logistics, and leadership, the move was completed with minimal downtime.
