We’re excited to announce the promotion of Jessica Bachota (Riddle) to Senior Sales Associate at Yazoo Mills, where she partners with our customers to deliver high-quality paper core and tube solutions, strengthen relationships, and support continued business growth.
Jessica joined Yazoo Mills in 2013 as a Phone Receptionist and has steadily grown her career through roles in Customer Service and Sales. Her journey reflects her strong work ethic and the opportunities available to grow within the company.
She has especially enjoyed building lasting relationships with both her coworkers and customers, helping them find the right solutions to support their operations. One of her proudest achievements has been becoming a Trade Show Attendee, a goal she set early on that has helped her grow professionally and personally. She also contributed to the launch of the White Board Team, supporting team collaboration and efficiency.
Jessica is driven by the opportunity to bring in new customers and help both their businesses and Yazoo Mills succeed. This promotion represents a meaningful milestone for her, and she looks forward to continuing to grow, learn, and make an impact in her new role.
She credits her team for playing a big part in her development and values the strong culture at Yazoo Mills. She describes it as a place that provides stability, encourages growth, and takes care of its employees.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her boyfriend Matt, her son Austin, and their two boxers, Flora Mae and Beau Hero. She stays active by going to the gym, kayaking, and fishing, and is involved in her church. She also enjoys creating projects on her Cricut.
