Yazoo Mills is thrilled to spotlight our skilled IT Support Engineer, Jeff Bucci. Bringing a unique blend of manufacturing and IT expertise, Jeff’s journey to Yazoo is a testament to his versatility and dedication.
Previously honing his skills as a machine operator in the food industry and an IT Help Desk technician in wire manufacturing, Jeff developed a deep understanding of both the plant floor and office operations. His firsthand experience equips him with invaluable insights into the challenges and solutions that drive efficiency at Yazoo.
When asked why he applied to Yazoo, Jeff replied, “I’ve always heard positive things about Yazoo from current and former employees.” As an IT Support Engineer, Jeff tackles daily tasks such as addressing help desk tickets, maintaining hardware like computers and printers, installing software, and other responsibilities keeping Yazoo’s internal operations running smoothly.
Jeff’s favorite aspect of working at Yazoo is “the friendly and supportive environment.” Outside of work, he enjoys building computers, playing video games, and engaging in off-roading adventures in the mountains. In May of 2024, Jeff welcomed a new addition to his family, a Polydactyl Maine Coon Kitten named Meatloaf.
