Before joining Yazoo, Shannon gained valuable experience in Retail Apparel, Fashion, and Apparel Manufacturing. She held roles as both a Key Account Coordinator and a Supply Chain Coordinator, each providing her with a unique skill set that she carries with her today.
As a Key Account Coordinator, she served as the primary contact for high-volume clients, managing relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.
In her role as a Supply Chain Coordinator, Shannon:
- Managed product setup for new line launches
- Coordinated and optimized supply chain operations
- Ensured timely and cost-effective delivery of goods from suppliers
The combination of these roles gave her a deep understanding of communication, logistics, and customer care. These skills translate seamlessly into her current position at Yazoo.
