In his new role as Vice President of Manufacturing, he will oversee our two current facilities and take a leading role in the operational strategy and development of our upcoming third plant. His extensive responsibilities will include manufacturing operations, quality assurance, logistics, and the expansion of our operational excellence initiatives designed to enhance our production capabilities.

Michell Trish ADVANCES TO Vice President of Accounting & Administration
For 38 years, Michell has been a cornerstone of our administrative operations, demonstrating unwavering dedication and expertise. As Vice President of Accounting & Administration, she will oversee IT, HR, and accounting functions across our two existing plants and our upcoming third facility. Her leadership ensures that our administrative functions remain seamlessly aligned with our strategic objectives, driving efficiency and effectiveness at every level of our organization.
