Before joining the Yazoo Mills team, Josh spent over two decades in the manufacturing industry. Starting as a humble operator, he steadily climbed the ranks, gaining valuable experience and leadership skills. Josh’s journey was further enriched by obtaining a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification while working at Utz, a testament to his commitment to continuous improvement.
Discovering Yazoo
